Changed your mind? No problem! You are eligible for a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your purchase—as long as you have spent not more than 20% of the credits or used the VIP membership perks yet.
Once you spend your purchased credits to launch a campaign, our community starts actively watching your videos. Because we cannot reverse the traffic or take views away from your channel, we cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been used.
